Group classes - (CURRENTLY NO GROUP CLASSES) Held weekly at Burnsville Health and Nutrition (7 S. Main St.) These classes offer a unique environment to practice yoga in a group setting. Ayurvedic Abhyanga - Abhyanga is the most traditional form of effleurage and supports the holistic wellbeing of the recipient.
